How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For custom-made or engraved pieces, please allow an additional 7-10 days for production before shipment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-designed pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every Amada Diamonds purchase includes a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or loss of the item.
How can I find my correct ring size?
We provide a comprehensive Ring Size Guide on our website. Alternatively, you can request a complimentary physical ring sizer to be mailed to your home for the most accurate measurement.
